Message rates at 10 psi boost and 1 psi pressure drop as a basis, and 200cfm. I didn't use the Godspeed intercooler core size, but I would estimate the pressure drop at 18psi is about 0.13 psi or so for the core. Pressure drop is not that big of a factor.

Just for an idea of flow, Shop Vac rates many of their vacs for a little under 200cfm. I put the vac up to my stock intercoolers, and there is not much loss in suction, not enough for me to really tell.

I also ran some numbers on the increase in air mass due to intercooler efficency, and it is significant.
